Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in AWS, hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices, and a solid background in cloud security and compliance frameworks are essential. Proven experience in cloud cost optimization across various platforms and modernizing DevOps workflows and platforms is required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GenAI tools for DevOps, FinOps tools, regulated industries, and internal developer platforms is a plus.
The DevOps Manager will lead the transformation of cloud infrastructure, owning and evolving AWS and Azure environments using Terraform and IaC. Responsibilities include automating CI/CD pipelines, provisioning, and configuration workflows, and driving the adoption of platform engineering and developer self-service tooling. The role involves applying GenAI to accelerate deployments and streamline operations, ensuring infrastructure security and compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards, and managing IAM, patching, and incident response. Additionally, the manager will monitor and reduce cloud spend, build tools for cost optimization and forecasting, improve CI/CD speed and stability, and enhance the developer experience through an internal platform. This includes leading, mentoring, and scaling a global DevOps team, driving infrastructure modernization projects, and championing a culture of experimentation and operational excellence.
