Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc
- Strong background in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash)
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes or ECS)
- Familiarity with system observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
- Excellent debugging and incident management skills
- Comfortable owning large initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer velocity and minimize deployment risk
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) for high availability, scalability, and security
- Monitor and improve system observability: logging, metrics, alerting, on-call response
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support test infrastructure, simulation environments, and production deployments
- Lead the implementation of best practices in infrastructure security and cost optimization
- Establish incident response protocols and support root cause analysis
- Help shape DevOps processes, tools, and team culture as we scale
