Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, ideally with experience in a tech or SaaS company. They should have experience running systems in production, along with familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and a strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration are also required, alongside a coding background (scripting, programming) and working proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent).
As a DevOps Engineer at 360Learning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s cloud infrastructure, which supports over 2500 client companies and 30,000 daily active users. You will collaborate with various engineering squads to ensure efficient SaaS product delivery, drive continuous improvement, and foster innovation within DevOps practices. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a scalable infrastructure, automating infrastructure provisioning and management, improving global security and performance, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and compliance of systems and data. You will also work closely with developers to facilitate their daily tasks, provide metrics and monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support, while actively participating in DevOps decisions for critical projects and evangelizing DevOps culture within the R&D team.
