Requirements

Candidates must possess strong software development experience, including building developer tools and automation solutions, with expertise in API integration. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, and strong communication abilities suitable for a remote environment are required. Experience with SDKs, command-line tool development, multiple programming languages, cloud communication platforms, and creating developer documentation is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Developer Advocate will architect and implement tooling solutions to streamline the developer onboarding experience and API integration process. This includes creating and maintaining automated solutions for onboarding tasks, building tools for integration support and debugging, developing and maintaining documentation tools with automated testing of code samples, and designing/developing CLI tools, SDKs, and automation scripts. The role also involves gathering developer feedback for tooling improvements, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams, and ensuring tooling aligns with platform capabilities and developer needs.
