Requirements

Candidates should possess an exceptional ability to create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content (written, code, video) that resonates with developers, along with a strong understanding of developers’ needs, pain points, and learning processes. A generalist engineering background with empathy for developers is required, as is enthusiasm for ML-focused products and a proactive approach to demonstrating their value. Strong communication skills are necessary, and a developer-first and growth-oriented mindset is desired.

Responsibilities

The Developer Advocate Engineer will be responsible for authoring documentation, blog posts, tutorials, articles, and creating engaging videos and presentations for conferences and webinars to educate, inspire, and convert potential users into active adopters of the Hugging Face Hub and its Enterprise solutions. They will design and develop compelling demos and prototypes showcasing the Hub's capabilities, including leveraging Inference Providers, and proactively identify and cultivate relationships within the developer ecosystem to increase visibility and drive new user acquisition. This role involves sharing content and demos widely, engaging in relevant communities, and participating in events, as well as owning the quality and impact of content related to the product’s success in the market.
