Senior Developer Relations Engineer

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations or community-building roles, ideally within the AI/ML or developer tools space. They should have a proven ability to advance developer communities on platforms like GitHub and X, alongside strong technical writing and content creation skills demonstrated through documentation, blog posts, tutorials, or videos. A deep understanding of AI technologies and developer tooling is also required, along with an existing influential presence within AI or developer communities.
The Developer Relations Lead will regularly communicate with developers to gather feedback and shape product development, develop and manage comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and content showcasing product capabilities, establish relationships with key startups and communities, build and cultivate a passionate developer community, run developer programs, and represent Mozilla at industry events. They will also collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure developer experiences are frictionless and enjoyable.
