Candidates should possess strong frontend development experience, particularly with React and Next.js, combined with a proven track record of creating engaging technical content, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing clear, accessible explanations of complex concepts. They should also have experience creating content for developer audiences, understanding their needs and challenges, and be comfortable breaking down technical concepts into understandable components while maintaining technical depth.
The Developer Relations Engineer will create developer-first content to drive acquisition, including fostering existing content hubs and exploring new opportunities, developing interactive demonstrations and code examples, contributing to content strategy by researching and identifying high-impact topics, producing content independently or collaboratively, and measuring the quantifiable impact of each content initiative on Clerk’s growth. They will also work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to align content with product updates and technical insights, and ensure all content serves the developer journey from exploration to implementation.
