Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in API/SDK mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms. A strong understanding of integration technologies like REST and SOAP API operations, JSON concepts, and technical application development experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, JS, NodeJS, or APEX is required. Solid technical experience in cross-platform mobile development frameworks, including Flutter and React Native, is also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate domain expertise in Contact Center, SaaS, API/SDK, and ISV partnership models, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

The Developer Advocate will lead customer application development using Zoom API/SDK and guide IT requirements by leveraging Zoom tools. They will design next-generation communication solutions with customers, overseeing solution design and implementation. Internally, this role involves collaborating with Service Engineering and Software Engineering teams to address Zoom API/SDK related customer issues.
