Requirements

The Community Development Manager should have experience in community development and engagement, with a focus on understanding and addressing the needs of diverse user ecosystems. Experience in strategy, planning, and defining key performance indicators for community growth is essential. Responsibilities

The Community Development Manager will provide strategy, objectives, and marketing plans for community development and engagement. They will define and track KPIs for community growth, engagement, and adoption. The manager will lead member communications, identify success stories, and approve strategies for webinars, meetups, and virtual events. They will establish channels for gathering user feedback, manage feedback collection, and synthesize it for product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating various community events, monitoring community questions across platforms, and creating community-focused content. The manager will also collaborate with researchers and developers to highlight innovative uses of Overture data and tools, design and implement onboarding programs, and create clear pathways for community involvement.
