Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of brand guidelines and visual design principles
  • 2+ years of experience designing email templates and client-facing presentation decks
  • Skilled in digital asset management and photography libraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate within structured templates
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups
  • English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Strong design portfolio including pieces for international clients
  • Experience working with design teams in at least 2 of these areas: on print, visual design, digital marketing, social media, illustration and motion areas, preferably for international clients and global brands
  • Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as: Bootstrap, Foundation, Umbraco, Wordpress, AEM or any others
  • Understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices
  • Understanding of visual design principles, trends, and systems
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, trends and theory
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and business strategy concepts
  • Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote)

Responsibilities

  • Design email campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Create and adapt email templates for different brands
  • Develop presentation decks to showcase results, insights, and new creative ideas to clients
  • Assist in creating visual designs that align with campaign objectives
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including photography libraries
  • Work with Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint, to support design deliverables
  • Contributes on visual design projects in the following areas: Print, Marketing Campaign, Social Media, Motion and Illustration
  • Provides reliable quality assurance on all visual design deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success
  • Participates in calls and client meetings, handles IM and e-mail communication. Presents work during internal presentations
  • Communicates effectively with design team members, project managers and design leads
  • Thinks creatively and justify concepts to team members and Design Leads
  • Understands and applies the design thinking cycle to projects when is appropriate
  • Balances strategic development with client objectives
  • Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies
  • Builds and maintains a rapport with creative team, project managers and developers
