Responsibilities

  • Drive the design process: Prioritize and communicate with a diverse set of partners, continuously seeking improvements in process and collaboration, removing obstacles, and accelerating the Design team's progress from ideation to go-to-market
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships: Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, researchers, and design leadership to ensure alignment and effective teamwork
  • Manage project requests & progress: Assess incoming requests, break down complex initiatives into manageable phases, prioritize across multiple initiatives, and meet project milestones while upholding experience quality standards
  • Identify and resolve issues: Proactively identify obstacles and risks, make recommendations to resolve them, and exercise good judgment in addressing and escalating issues
  • Improve operational efficiency: Anticipate and address inefficiencies, develop new processes or improvements, and gain consensus from key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Design Program Managers: Work with the broader team within and beyond Document Cloud to keep the Adobe Design team running smoothly, contributing to shared design resources and documentation
