Responsibilities

Client Engagement – Work closely with clients to understand pain points, tailor solutions, and drive AI adoption. Travel to client sites as needed
Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable software solutions and inform product roadmap decisions
Strategic Problem Solving – Tackle complex operational challenges with a bias for action, ensuring deployments deliver measurable results
Ownership & Autonomy – Take full responsibility for the success of deployments, from early discussions to long-term client satisfaction and expansion
