Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in client relationship management or a similar area, preferably within the defense industry. A basic understanding of the defense sector's challenges and requirements is necessary, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking, a proactive approach, and a client-focused mindset are essential, as is the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Prior military experience or extensive work with the military is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

The Deployment Strategist will build and maintain customer relationships, identify new use cases and pain points, and engage with various customer personas to gather feedback. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, monitoring customer success, and serving as the primary feedback source to internal teams. The role involves driving customer-facing demonstrations, collaborating with Sales, Field Engineering, and Program Managers, and contributing to account growth by identifying expansion opportunities. Travel up to 40-50% in the US is required.
