Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Concur
Proficiency in SAP Concur (Must have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks

Experience with project management methodologies (Good to have skill)
Strong understanding of deployment strategies and best practices
Ability to analyze project metrics and adjust plans accordingly

Responsibilities

Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources
Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities
Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience
Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills
Make team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Develop and implement strategies to optimize deployment processes
