Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a proven record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional projects to achieve desired outcomes, with previous experience working across subject matter areas where expertise may vary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, particularly the ability to understand and explain complex technical content to enable internal and external teams to make informed decisions, as well as the capacity to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Deployment & Activation Coordinator will directly work on live Digital Twin deployment projects, collaborating with project and team leads to ensure successful and timely deployments. They will assist with evaluating and scoping integrations, deploying robust and reliable integrations alongside internal and external teams, and supporting integration site readiness activities through skilled liaison with clients, FMs, building system contractors, and 3rd party vendors. The role involves reporting to the Manager of Software and Integrations, supporting coordination internally and externally, developing solutions to achieve common goals, and engaging with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
