Responsibilities

The Dental Treatment Coordinator will review dental procedure reports, contact patient representatives to explain treatment and obtain consent, clearly communicate dental terminology, maintain accurate records of communication and consents, coordinate effectively with internal dental teams, handle a significant workload with training and guidance, use discretion and empathy during sensitive conversations, think creatively to resolve issues, provide exceptional customer care, and build trust with all stakeholders.
