2+ years experience as an admin / coordinator
Strong communicator via phone and email
Good computer skills, experience working with a database, scheduling
Competent to support invoicing process
A passion for delivering niche services at an exceptional level of excellence
Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Managing high volume phone enquiries and incoming emails
Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
Entering new patient details on Zavy360 and updating existing information
Liaising with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Managers
Calling the Department of Veterans Affairs
Gaining pre-approvals from State, Public and Equity Trustee’s
Managing logistics when arranging appointments e.g. grouping appointments based on location and practitioner
Sending patient appointment confirmations
Responding to email queries from families and facilities
Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of practitioners, directors, staff and patients at all time
