Responsibilities

The Demand Planner will coordinate monthly demand planning cycles using Netstock, collaborate with marketing and category teams to understand promotional plans, develop and implement comprehensive demand planning strategies including supply-feedback, identify and assess potential risks related to future demand fluctuations, manage accurate allocation of stock and forecasting demands across multiple warehouses, ensure that potential out-of-stocks are considered and addressed, maintain communication with key cross-functional stakeholders, collaborate with the marketing team to understand promotional plans, provide input on volume-related forecasts, contribute to the planning and forecasting processes, ensure that replenishment planning strategies are aligned with demand forecasts, partner with warehouse operations, pharmacy operations, and procurement teams to identify efficiency opportunities, and drive pharmacy satisfaction, reduced cost per order, and out-of-stock rates.
