Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or paid media roles, ideally in SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS industries
  • Hands-on experience managing display, social, video, programmatic, and other TOF paid media channels
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including agencies and technology partners
  • Strong experience with campaign execution, QA, reporting, and analytics
  • Proficiency with Adobe (Creative/Experience Cloud), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, Tableau, and Monday.com
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize top-of-funnel paid media campaigns, including display advertising (programmatic, retargeting, banner ads), social media paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.), video advertising (YouTube, connected TV), and emerging TOF paid channels as appropriate
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, including briefing, onboarding, campaign setup, execution, and performance reviews
  • Ensure campaign quality and accuracy (QA) across all creative, targeting, tracking, and reporting setups
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and cost per acquisition metrics
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to measure TOF campaign impact on awareness, engagement, and contribution to pipeline
  • Collaborate with campaigns and demand gen teams to align TOF campaigns with overall account strategies and multi-touch buyer journeys
  • Support continuous improvement by testing new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to drive top-of-funnel results
