Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, demonstrating the ability to manage a budget and achieve sales targets (SQLs or opportunities). Native German language proficiency (C2 level or equivalent) is required, along with fluency in English (US/UK) or equivalent, and a good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social media advertising (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads). Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Hubspot, and Salesforce is also necessary.
As the Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for creating pipeline for 360Learning’s revenue team within the DACH market, collaborating with the EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to develop marketing experiments, upskilling on remarketing campaigns, and owning the DACH Demand Gen budget. You will be accountable for achieving DACH SQL targets, working closely with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on budget allocation, defining and executing a marketing experiment roadmap, partnering with DACH BDRs to improve lead conversion rates, and serving as the DACH Sales team’s point of contact for all marketing-related questions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the EMEA marketing team on ambitious campaigns, unlock new acquisition channels, and provide business insights to the Product Marketing team based on campaign results, contributing to your knowledge of the L&D industry.
