Description: The Demand Generation team's core mission is to create pipeline for the revenue team. As Head of Demand Generation DACH, you will own pipeline creation for the DACH market to accelerate 360Learning’s growth. This is a temporary role to manage performance and ensure the DACH market hits its marketing and sales targets. It’s a great opportunity to learn about a high-performance marketing organization and work with talented individuals across the company.

Onboarding & Early Goals:

  • Within 1 month:
    • Experience a comprehensive onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with the EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to create your first marketing experiments on paid channels.
    • Upskill on how to manage remarketing campaigns.
  • Within 3 months:
    • Own the DACH Demand Gen budget.
    • Be accountable for achieving DACH SQL targets (Sales Qualified Leads).
    • Work closely with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on budget allocation.
    • Define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap.
    • Partner with DACH BDRs to improve lead follow-up and increase the conversion rate of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs.
  • Within 6 months:
    • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team (EMEA Paid Media Manager, EMEA event manager, Product Marketing team, Brand team) to create ambitious campaigns.
    • Unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in DACH.
    • Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on campaign results, building knowledge of the L&D industry.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Generation within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning a budget and a target (SQL/opportunities/pipe), and interacting with a sales team.
  • Language Skills:
    • Native German speaker or business fluent in German (minimum C2 level).
    • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social Media Advertising (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads).
    • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Data-driven: Performance-oriented, starting with a strong analytical approach.
    • Detail-oriented: Ability to launch campaigns accurately and meticulously.
    • Analytical: Capable of quickly analyzing data and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the DACH Demand Generation budget.
  • Achieve DACH SQL targets (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on budget allocation.
  • Define and execute a marketing experiment roadmap.

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the DACH Sales team.
