Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, product readiness, or a related role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deep understanding of operational readiness

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service delivery readiness plans for new and updated services offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, operations, sales, and training) to ensure alignment on delivery requirements and timelines
  • Identify risks and dependencies for delivering services and coordinate mitigation plans
  • Act as the central point of contact for readiness activities, facilitating communication between product development, service delivery teams, and customer-facing teams
  • Ensure all relevant teams are informed, trained, and equipped to deliver new or updated services
  • Partner with sales enablement to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge and tools required to position and sell services effectively
  • Assess and enhance existing processes, workflows, and tools to ensure they support efficient delivery and scalability of services
  • Work closely with operations teams to define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service delivery
  • Drive the creation or enhancement of tools, templates, and resources to support delivery teams
  • Collaborate with training and enablement teams to create and deliver training programs for delivery teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure internal teams have the resources and documentation required to execute services effectively
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for services delivery readiness and provide ongoing support to teams
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of services delivery readiness initiatives
  • Gather feedback from delivery teams and customers to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize readiness processes and outcomes
  • Manage the rollout of changes to service delivery processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Communicate changes and updates effectively to all relevant teams and stakeholders
