Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience)
3-5 years of experience
Proven ability to draft, redline, and negotiate contract terms independently
Strong familiarity with playbooks, templates, and governance standards
Skilled in advising stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance risks, and governance
Proficiency in AI tools for contracting workflows (redlining, clause review, summarization)
Ability to validate AI outputs against policies and playbooks
Commitment to adopting emerging AI technologies responsibly
Strong numeric/text analysis to evaluate supplier terms, commercial language, and risks
Effective collaboration and communication with suppliers, sourcing managers, and legal stakeholders across remote and in-person environments
Experience managing multiple contracting workstreams independently in complex, matrixed environments
Proficiency in procurement platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools
Preferred: Advanced use of AI tools in contracting, legal or paralegal certification, strong numerical/text analysis, executive communication skills, continuous learning commitment

Responsibilities

Independently managing procurement contracting projects using templates and playbooks
Owning redlining of documents, proposing alternatives, and negotiating terms, escalating only when exceptions exceed playbook guidance
Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and ensuring accurate reflection in contracts
Advising stakeholders on interpretation, risks, and governance standards
Preparing and sharing updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications
Coordinating with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and governance alignment
Using AI tools to streamline redlining, clause review, and summarization with validated, compliant outputs
Communicating clearly with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams
Managing concurrent contracting workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environments
