Requirements

  • Any Graduation (Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance accounting)
  • 10 to 14 years of experience, with 12-14 years in OTC (Order to Cash) out of which last 8-9 years (or 7-8 years) in BPO industry managing international clients in lead roles
  • End-to-end OTC process expertise, including Billing, Collections, Cash applications, AR ledger Reconciliation, month end reporting, Cash forecasting
  • Independently managed Order to Cash process for international clients
  • Complete understanding of AR reconciliation, Order management, Billing, Disputes
  • Good knowledge of Account Reconciliation process (Credit Card Accounts / Cash / GL Accounts / Balance sheet Accounts / Miscellaneous store accounts) and variance analysis
  • Good communication skills both e-mail and oral

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of 40 FTEs (or ~30–35) for end-to-end OTC process
  • Perform smooth transition for all OTC and Sales operations subprocesses
  • Efficiently deliver service for end-to-end OTC process (Billing, Collections, Cash applications, AR ledger Reconciliation, month end reporting, Cash forecasting)
  • Prepare and post journals with prior approvals from clients/team leads
  • Manage OTC teams and processes in accordance with documented procedures and policies
  • Participate in weekly, monthly governance calls and manage status calls
  • Lead resolution of complex or sensitive issues from client, senior management, or customer queries on a timely basis
  • Manage disputes related to billing and order management by interacting with customers
  • Drive quality and process controls in OTC to ensure smooth operations
  • Interact with client SMEs for daily work and process-related issues, resolve open items, raise queries to clients and 3rd parties
  • Participate in weekly/daily calls with Client SMEs and ensure timely action on pending action items
  • Drive improvements, transformations, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver productivity targets
  • Generate lean ideas and improvements in process, delivering improved process controls, productivity, accuracy
  • Supervise and manage OTC team across multiple sub-processes
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
  • Work with Team Leads and SMEs to drive transformation and process improvements
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and seamless hand-offs
  • Support supervisor in managing team goals and objectives
  • Conduct monthly check-ins to set expectations and provide real-time coaching
  • Perform timely performance evaluations
