Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in service delivery, sales operations, or program management within technology or SaaS environments
  • Minimum of 2 years in client management or client engagement
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill data insights and deliver concise executive-level updates (Preferred)
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical capabilities, using data and AI tools to uncover performance trends and drive improvement (Preferred)
  • Proven project management expertise, balancing multiple priorities and finding efficiencies across complex global programs (Preferred)
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge requests misaligned with strategic priorities (Preferred)
  • Adaptive, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and engagement with AI technologies, using emerging tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and delivery insights (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a large-scale delivery program responsible for strategy and execution across sales, sales management, training, quality assurance, and data & reporting functions
  • Collaborate with Global Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational goals and client success metrics
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, define key performance drivers, and guide initiatives that enhance program efficiency and impact
  • Champion Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement, working closely with transformation partners to prioritize initiatives, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results using data and AI insights
  • Define and track OKRs across client programs, QA, and training—ensuring consistent measurement, transparent reporting, and performance visibility
  • Monitor and manage quarterly operational plans, capturing forward-looking strategies, evaluating progress, and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance excellence
  • Provide strategic direction to the reporting and analytics teams, ensuring the end-to-end delivery ecosystem operates efficiently, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes
  • Drive consistency and operational rigor across regional delivery teams, ensuring adherence to established operating models and governance structures
  • Deliver comprehensive performance and status updates to the Global Delivery Lead and Account Leadership, distilling data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations
