The Role

The Delivery Operations Analyst will be responsible for the management and oversight of key business processes, policies, and metrics within the global Delivery organization. This role will leverage the Kantata PSA platform, solutions, tools, methodologies, and best practices to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the continuous improvement of the Kantata PSA platform usage and associated direct and indirect Delivery processes.
• Drives the strategy and setup of Delivery projects within the Kantata PSA platform to support the needs of the Delivery organization, including capacity planning, resourcing activities, project performance analysis, and overall services utilization and financial reporting.
• Collaborates with professional services leadership to define major business outcomes the Kantata PSA platform should contribute to and recommends process improvements to support those outcomes.
• Manages user records and related data points in the Kantata PSA platform to support capacity planning, resourcing activities, project performance analysis, and overall utilization and financial reporting.
• Maintains the user permission strategy to support the needs of the services Delivery organization and other key stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Reviews services contracts and change orders to ensure alignment with current services tracking, reporting, and analysis strategies, and provides solutions to accurately represent non-standard contracts within the existing Services environment.
• Manages services data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through monthly audits to confirm adherence to business process rules and timely entry of critical data elements.
• Manages the systems and processes required to support the services Delivery organization in areas such as project accounting, project management, resource management, and reporting and analysis.
• Serves as the primary contact for other organizational departments regarding services delivery operations.
