Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility

  • Interact with senior management at client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Make decisions with major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
  • Manage large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
  • Manage/resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, provide best resolutions, and close faults and complaints within SLAs
  • Work in rotational shifts (may be required)
