Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow appropriate disposal procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, including display cases
Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty, integrity, and member focus
Ensure safe and positive environment; embrace inclusion, diversity, teamwork, speed, agility, innovation, and positive attitude
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and uphold daily GOLD club standards (stocked items, promotions, signage, clean and organized)
