Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses; help Members select products and sample them to assist purchasing decisions
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments
Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping clean and organized
