Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity; escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure safe and positive environment for members and team; embrace inclusion and diversity; work as a team to achieve goals
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to daily GOLD club standards (stocked items, promotional plans, signage, clean and organized)
