Responsibilities
Provides a high level of customer service to Members, answers questions, recommends deli items, answers calls, and takes special orders
Slices, packages, weighs, and sells deli products including meats and cheeses; helps Members select products, samples products, prepares and packages special orders and party trays
Receives and inspects deli shipments; displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following food safety, freshness, and product handling policies
Ensures all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; checks for out-of-date products
Maintains the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Delivers service excellence, resolves and deescalates member concerns, ensures a safe and positive environment
Commits to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards: stocks items, executes promotional plans, maintains signage, keeps clean and organized, delivers Grand Opening Look daily
