Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats), help Members select products, sample products, prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments, display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet quality standards, check for out-of-date products daily, and follow appropriate disposal procedures
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, including display cases
Resolve and deescalate Member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment, and escalate issues as appropriate
Support flawless execution, work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily (e.g., Grand Opening Look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, accurate signage, clean and organized)
