Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, handle calls, take special orders, help select products, and sample products
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats), prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli department, inside and out, including display cases
Support flawless execution of club standards: stock items, execute promotional plans, maintain accurate signage, achieve Grand Opening Look daily
Resolve member concerns, deescalate issues, ensure safe and positive environment, and escalate concerns as appropriate
