Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products and sample them
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments
Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet company quality standards, and check for out-of-date products daily
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and commit to daily GOLD club standards including stocking, promotional execution, signage, and organization
