Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in guiding and advising in HR matters
  • Preferably, 2 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience with advising a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Change management and project management skills with demonstrable track record
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and Danish proficiency, spoken as well as written
  • Strong competences in the Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambitious, and complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Advising and guiding management on people and leadership matters (e.g., performance management, talent pipelines, well-being, exit & retention analysis)
  • Running the yearly HR activities including engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up
  • Being involved in designing, planning, and implementing new people initiatives
  • Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams
  • Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and providing support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes
  • Onboarding of new leaders
  • Driving decision making and initiatives in HR related matters
