Requirements

Lic. or Ing. in chemistry, biochemistry, environmental, foods (chemical-biological sciences branch)
Basic experience in chemistry
Orientation towards commercial area (ease and liking for sales)
Intermediate to advanced English (able to hold a conversation)
Handling of mechanical tools
Data analysis and preparation of presentations
Valid driver's license and handling of standard vehicle
Physical requirements: Able to access and feel comfortable working in a variety of conditions and perform essential job tasks; able to pass a drug screening test and physical exam
Desirable: Highly responsible and organized; sales experience

Responsibilities

Ensure proper use of chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, and lubricants) according to client programs
Maintain chemical dosing equipment
Generate savings projects and operational improvements for the client
Generate results reports for the client
Provide industry expertise to clients on sanitation, safety, quality, and operations; including assistance with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, process and procedure evaluations, identification and implementation of operational efficiencies, and employee training
Manage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical product concentration levels, control product inventory, and place orders
