Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
  • Significant experience working with CRM tools and comfort with technology
  • Practical experience, comprehensive understanding, and strong working knowledge of how an automotive dealership runs day to day
  • In-depth understanding of the company's software platform functionality, related services, and technical overview
  • Ability to travel 80%-100% within the region and nationally as needed
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with business and financial acumen
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with clients
  • Effective negotiation skills to find win-win solutions
  • Proactive in soliciting feedback, asking clarifying questions, and resolving issues non-confrontationally
  • Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize work
  • Regularly assess own performance and adapt work to achieve better results
  • Belief in the company's product and vested interest in its success

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and champion adoption and ongoing use of the company product in dealerships
  • Execute launch planning, manage product implementation, and deliver initial and ongoing training to dealers through regular monthly performance visits and to the regional team
  • Serve as first point of contact for handling dealership issues and follow up on escalated ones
  • Bring best practice knowledge of the product to client organizations to support the company's value proposition and share with regional teammates
  • Ensure product changes, new features, and releases are communicated and implemented timely to accounts
  • Work as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations, covering a geographical area
  • Responsible for retention of 20+ accounts
  • Strategically implement processes and collaborate with executive management, floor management, and other dealership departments on appropriate usage
  • Proactively contribute and collaborate with the team and dealerships to meet or exceed expectations in servicing partners
