  • Experience in team and individual dynamics management
  • Skills in onboarding new hires and spearheading training on product releases
  • Ability to organize coverage for team vacations and out-of-office events
  • Proficiency in monitoring and ensuring compliance with training requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Dealer Relations Associates supporting Regional Area Directors across the United States
  • Regularly communicate with Regional Area Directors to identify performance/growth opportunities and ensure consistency
  • Mentor team members on best practices for efficient task completion
  • Provide direct, frequent communication with team members, delivering feedback and updates
  • Make tactical decisions related to team projects and immediate tasks
  • Focus on team and individual dynamics and morale
  • Handle onboarding of all new hires
  • Report company-wide updates to DRAs from sources like Director Calls, team meetings, and Enablement
  • Work with Enablement to educate team on new product releases for dealer partner training
  • Spearhead training on new product releases
  • Run weekly DRA meetings with consistent, valuable content
  • Work with Regional Area Directors to standardize current processes
  • Organize coverage for DRA vacation and out-of-office events
  • Own and regularly update the Playbook for Dealer Relations Associates
  • Monitor training requirements across S&P and automotiveMastermind monthly for timely completion and compliance
  • Hold regular 1:1s with DRAs to set goals, review progress, uncover obstacles, and focus on short/long-term goals
  • Assist DRAs who have fallen behind by connecting with their Dealer Relation Manager teams/Directors
