  • At least 1 year of experience working in the Financial Industry

Responsibilities

  • Call dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on title status of accounts in PP and make initial contact on new accounts
  • Provide world-class customer experience through strong communication
  • Update various trackers
  • Send documents to customers and DMVs and verify accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy and highest quality assurance standards
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflow efficiently
  • Exhibit professionalism and morale with associates and external contacts
  • Run state inquiries
  • Place necessary documents on tracker to perfect accounts
  • Send lien placement documents to customers
  • Answer emails and voicemails within SLA period
