  • Dealer Relationship Management: Knowledge of processes and methods to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with dealers; ability to apply related knowledge, experience and skills into real practice
  • Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use strategies

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to team members (such as order management, PIC support and dealer forward planning) supporting dealers, working all the aftermarket needs of that dealership
  • Connects with Regional RI/CI/P&E Sales team (managers of ASCs, ASRs) to understand and participate/support the Growth plans
  • Coordinates with the DSD team (DD, Parts & Service Ops Mgr, Parts Ops Consultants, PSOR) to support dealers on Parts Metrics
  • Conducts Monthly dealer Parts review (includes orders, operations, transport, inv. PIC, DFP, claims & returns, processes)
  • Engages with the dealers to understand the business trends and customer needs
  • Analyses and Identifies Opportunities for Process/System improvement, sponsors projects
  • Leverages expertise within team and partners to develop solutions to address customer needs/problems
  • Provides VoD and coordinates actions with Central (PIC/IM/P-viz/Claims-Returns) team to improve processes/systems
  • Maintaining communications with Dealers, operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution
  • Creating integrated processes to streamline supply chains
  • Managing and directing the team, including training, hiring, and coaching
  • Establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide team; monitoring planned vs. actual performance and presents results to senior management
