Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in deal operations, customer support, fund accounting, or a similar role requiring accuracy, communication, and time management. Familiarity with venture investing or back-office VC administration is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a startup, fintech, or investment operations role, as well as exposure to fund administration, deal execution, or compliance workflows, is considered a bonus.
The Deal Operations Manager will build relationships with key customers to ensure smooth deal execution, triage and resolve urgent customer issues that block deal progress, and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations. They will identify product and process improvements, liaise with internal teams like Legal, Tax, and Product to address customer inquiries, and develop deep knowledge of the product, customers, and industry. The role also involves supporting customer-facing projects and product discovery.
