Requirements

A 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company are required. Candidates should possess a bias towards velocity, a customer-first perspective, and experience supporting global customers and deals. Excellent understanding of deal support, commercial topics like pricing and contracting, and SaaS revenue recognition policies is necessary. Proficiency with computer applications including Google Suite, Slack, Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems is expected, with SFDC and CPQ experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management. They will participate in deal reviews to drive account-level strategy, ensure deals align with company policies, and review/approve quotes and contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, modifying, and finalizing contracts, verifying compliance with internal policies, and resolving issues using professional judgment. The role involves handling day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management teams, supporting quoting tool enhancements, assisting with sales enablement training, and driving process improvements. The analyst will also support commercial projects as needed.
