Position Overview

Twilio is seeking a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Deal Desk Team to support our North American Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for an individual to gain and expand their cross-functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). The successful candidate will be passionate, dedicated, and able to understand complex problems while providing sound and clearly communicated explanations and solutions. The goal is to appropriately structure deals to be a 'Win-Win' for both customers and Twilio.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity, especially during month and quarter end.
  • Help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.
  • Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution, and opportunity closure.
  • Under supervision of a manager or senior team member, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form) in compliance with corporate policies.

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 2 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations.
  • If no degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Diligent, detail-oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.
  • Self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable asking questions.
  • Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills.
  • High integrity character that aligns with the Twilio Magic.
