Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, along with a minimum of two years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, preferably with experience in contracting, procurement, or billing operations; alternatively, a minimum of four years of relevant experience is required. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate a diligent and detail-oriented skill set, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization.
The Deal Desk Analyst will establish trusted relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales; ensure forward deal momentum by providing excellent customer service to Sales partners and troubleshooting/escalating deal velocity issues, particularly during month and quarter end; utilize spreadsheets for in-depth data analysis to support deal structuring and pricing decisions; educate and guide the Sales and GTM Operations Team on internal contracting policies and processes; provide end-to-end quote to signature support for Account Executives, including CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, and Docusign execution; and, under supervision, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form) in compliance with corporate policies.
