Requirements

  • Already have the right to live and work in this country
  • At least 5 years related experience
  • Experience in both pre-sales and end-to-end sales
  • Ensures compliance with sales and procurement regarding bid and proposal
  • Drives the bid and manages/coordinates with internal teams (e.g., Project Management Team, Solution Architects)
  • Individual contributor but open to managing a small team; supervisory experience is good to have
  • Proposal management experience is good to have
  • Experience in managing RFPs and RFIs is good to have
  • Open to any industry

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales team in organizing win strategy sessions
  • Help bring expert people together in teams to develop compelling bids
  • Develop and distribute pursuit milestone timelines and workplans across workstreams
  • Plan and coordinate timely and compliant proposal submissions or presentations
  • Track and report priorities and risks across teams to promote alignment and informed decision making
  • Seek out continuous learning, development, and networking opportunities
