Requirements

Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program including rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior
Adhere to established policies and procedures while opening/servicing the full range of Retail products
Be responsible and accountable for risk by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, following policies, and managing risks
Act with confidence, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor to promote customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs
Recommend appropriate solutions using the bank's value proposition
Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews
Focus on cross-selling to existing customer base and engaging in outside sales activities (e.g., Membership Advantage presentations, business sales calls, community events)
Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions
Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, enhancing revenue growth
Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process
Answer customer questions, own customer issues, and maintain confidentiality
Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff
Participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process
