Requirements

  • Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program including rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
  • Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while opening/servicing the full range of Retail products
  • Be responsible and accountable for risk by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, following policies, and managing risks
  • Act with confidence, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor to promote customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs
  • Recommend appropriate solutions using the bank's value proposition
  • Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customer base and engaging in outside sales activities (e.g., Membership Advantage presentations, business sales calls, community events)
  • Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions
  • Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, enhancing revenue growth
  • Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process
  • Answer customer questions, own customer issues, and maintain confidentiality
  • Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff
  • Participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process
