Requirements

  • 5-7 years in a Maintenance Management Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide for a safe environment for all personnel, ensure adherence to all safety requirements and regulations including OSHA standards with related record-keeping, and collaborate with safety specialist on all related issues and projects
  • Oversee maintenance/janitorial teammates: hire, train, conduct regular performance evaluations (quarterly touchbase and annual reviews), provide continuous development through training, coaching, mentoring, developing goals and individual growth plans, communicate regularly individually and as a group, plan, schedule, and supervise daily activities, and create/sustain a positive work environment
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and paperwork associated with all maintenance functions; develop and control the facilities maintenance budget for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; ensure proper preventive maintenance is tracked utilizing CMMS; manage maintenance costs to meet business requirements
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule resources for preventative maintenance, repair maintenance, and capital projects/upgrades to material handling equipment, conveyor systems, buildings, and grounds; communicate with facility departments to coordinate activities; assist with troubleshooting and problem solving; facilitate services with outside vendors and contractors; manage resources for efficient, cost-effective operation; ensure adequate, cost-effective inventories of supplies, spare parts, materials/tools, and repair parts; negotiate contract terms with CSC Supply Chain support team per SOWs; manage building grounds, landscaping, and snow removal
