Candidates should have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design and development within a BI or data analytics environment. A BS degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, along with strong UX principles and data visualization best practices, is essential. Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy, and Security is preferred, and experience with D3.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, wireframing, and prototyping tools is a plus.
The Data Visualization Engineer will design and develop user-centric dashboards and reporting interfaces to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, designing and implementing user-friendly dashboards and reports aligned with UX best practices, and optimizing BI tools for user engagement. The role also involves conducting user research, ensuring design consistency, and working with data engineers to maintain data accuracy and scalability.
