Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Statistics. A Doctorate degree is preferred. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in the Data Science field, with experience in web or digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics being preferred. Familiarity with Spark Framework in an On-Premise Big Data Environment and expertise in analytical toolkits including Regression, Tree-based Models, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical modeling, and predictive analysis are necessary. A strong understanding and experience with Machine Learning workflows and model productionalization are also required.
The Data Scientist II will leverage feature stores to understand consumer and market behavior, implement predictive models to determine account opening likelihood based on advertising signals, and derive new features to improve model performance by analyzing the interplay between geography and audience features. They will work collaboratively with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to develop and launch new products with applied AI, and participate in planning, roadmap, and architecture discussions to enhance AI processes for revenue-generating products. Additionally, the role involves conducting in-depth user journey analysis to identify engagement gaps and conversion barriers, and optimizing marketing strategies using data from POS systems, Google Analytics, and media delivery platforms.
