Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, and AI for business applications. Expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning is required. Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based Data Lake solutions for enterprise data processing is necessary. Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting is preferred. A strong understanding of business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation processes is essential. Proven ability to communicate and present complex data findings to executive leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner is required. Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive analytics adoption is needed. A deep understanding of business KPIs, revenue forecasting techniques, customer segmentation, and operational analytics is necessary. The ability to work with large enterprise datasets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security, along with strong storytelling and communication skills, is also required.
The Sr. Data Scientist will develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation processes. They will work with large-scale enterprise datasets in Snowflake and other Data Lake solutions to extract, clean, and transform data for business applications. The role involves creating and delivering insightful data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, making complex data accessible to executive teams and functional leaders. They will present data findings and predictive model insights to business leaders and key stakeholders, translating complex models into actionable business recommendations. The Sr. Data Scientist will partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting models, sales pipeline analysis, and revenue optimization. Key business review processes will be automated using AI and advanced analytics, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance in business reporting and analytics is also a responsibility. Staying up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and business analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and automation, is expected.
