Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong interest in Human Resources/IO Psychology and at least 4+ years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on providing analytics solutions directly to clients. They must have 3+ years of experience in Python or R conducting statistical analysis or developing predictive models, along with 3+ years of experience using SQL working with relational databases and data warehousing. A strong understanding of statistical concepts, research methods, and experimental design is required.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will conduct advanced statistical analyses and research focused on talent, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data. They will develop and implement predictive models to identify patterns and trends in hiring, employee behavior, performance, and retention. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering compelling reporting solutions and dashboards to enhance decision-making for HR and Strategic Incentives Group partners, continuously improving the reporting and analytics framework by contributing to the roadmap, documenting internal processes, and standardizing metrics and definitions. Additionally, the Data Scientist will build tools and audits to enhance business intelligence and improve data integrity and efficiency in reporting processes.
